Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts; and from Colorado State University a Master of Science in Student Affairs; and a Ph.D. in Human Resources Studies/Higher Education Leadership. She is also certified as an executive coach via the Center for Executive Coaching, and as an Everything DISC ® Facilitator and Trainer and CQ ® - Change Intelligence Facilitator and Trainer.
